Organizations retain ownership of the data they enter into BachatDesk. Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data entered.
While we strive to maintain reliable service, BachatDesk is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BachatDesk and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
